Welcome remarks and introduction to the event’s program.
- Opening Remarks: Welcoming everyone and recognizing the importance of PVLLD and Partners. Speaker: Organization of American States (OAS) Secretary General Luis Almagro.
- Keynote: Partners' origins, history, and legacy of 60 years connecting, serving, and changing lives. Speaker: Honorary Host Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, former Maryland Lieutenant Governor.
7:45 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. Dinner and Dessert (2nd Floor – Hall of the Americas)
Guests enjoy a gourmet meal.
- Live Music Performance : Performance by Latin American singer Jonathan Acosta.
- Partners Video: A 5-minute video presentation on Partners' achievements and vision for 2030.
- Speaker: Partners’ President and CEO John McPhail.
- Keynote : Importance of E&C, volunteerism, and Partners’ collaboration with ECA-DOS. Speaker:
